Hi, I'm Ethan Schlemer...
I know firsthand how pain can takeover the steering wheel of your life and put you in the backseat.

When I was 21 years old, I was diagnosed with bone cancer in my leg and had it completely reconstructed. By the time I was 23, I had two knee replacements, foot drop and a ton of pain.
​
​
That same year, I had my leg amputated above the knee due to a staph infection.
Thankfully, proper strength, mobility and skill training taught me to walk again and mitigate any physical pain I felt. Now, I share what I've learned with others!
